Civilization and Crime

Here I'm using number system base 4. In Ancient India, it was used number system of base 4. Later it was used number system of base 10. So lord Rama's exile became 14 (14 = 10 + 4) years at the place of 8 (8 = 4 + 4) years. This is the reason of number system mismatch in Lanka and Kurukshetra wars. Another example: Shat means 16 (at base 10) and 100 (at base 4), rather than 100 (at base 10). So no matter it has been specified 100 (at base 10) kaurav kumars, but in a real sense, they were not so much.

It is possible to set mind. A gentle mindset is not dependent on the mental development of a person. Generally a kid having undeveloped mental state has gentle mindset. Mindset can be changed any time. But it takes time. The way, Indian law claims that it will set mind by creating fear by giving hard punishment. Similar way, people have religious fear, social fear and personal level fear. So there are 10 (at base 4) levels of fears. Those 10 (at base 4) levels are religious, social, political (legal) and personal. One billion consider only legal and personal level fears. So they expect patrolling of the commissioner of police till 2 am (at administrative level) and they expect martial arts training for girls (at personal level) etc.

The way, at religious level, there are wishes (curse and boon). Similar way, at social level, there are praise and complaint. At political level, there are reward and jail. And at personal level, beating and help. Second difference is crime control ratio (1 : 100,000) between 2 consecutive levels among 10 (at base 4) levels. If 1 crime is controlled by personal level, 100,000 (at base 4) crimes are controlled by legal level. Similar way, if 1 crime is controlled by legal level, 100,000 (at base 4) crimes are controlled by social level. Similar way, if 1 crime is controlled by social level, 100,000 (at base 4) crimes are controlled by religion level. For Example: if there are 100000,00000,00000 (at base 4) crimes and religious level can control all of these crimes, social level can control only 100000,00000 (at base 4) crimes and political level can control only 100000 (at base 4) and personal level can control only 1 crime. These are just two differences. But there are sahastra 1,000 (at base 4) i.e., 64 (at base 10) differences among these 10 (at base 4) levels.

I used to prepare for seminar to speak at civilization system correction in my room. People secretly use to monitor me. They might have audio records related to this. They might listen a lot of about civilization system what I didn't talk here and about 10 (at base 4) levels what I talked here a little bit.

Sin and virtue under religious level is judged by God. The God punishes him either in the same birth or in the next birth. Neither society nor legal system (political) can punish a person for his sin. So who was what in his previous birth it doesn't matter for society and legal system (political).

I spoke about group dispute theory under religious level among these 10 (at base 4) levels. Using that group dispute theory, I will like to tell you guys not to eat animal and not to torture them. If you guys keep cows or buffaloes for milk, love and respect them and never use any cord. If people really have the fear of god, they wouldn't eat meat. Animal right says that no one can eat another for own benefit. Animal rights come under personal level among these 10 (at base 4) levels. Human right is a subset of Animal rights.

As far as it is about me, I have the fear of god. I have observed since my childhood that it has a strong effect of wishes (curse and boon) of others. Believe or not, but it is true. Supernatural events happen in a natural way in my life. Since when I knew what happened during Lanka and Kurukshetra wars... Who was the rebirth of whom? How sin were punished by the god? I know that there will be judgement for me too. Lord Rama was forced to commit suicide and I'm also being forced.

When religious level works well. If people don't commit sin, they will be healthy. If people commit sin, they will get sick; and they will tell a lie; but they will not commit any crime like stealing etc.

How setup mind at social level? It is very long topic. By the way, Hindu social system started shifting towards Islamic social system quite early like ban alcohol, ban pornographic films, give capital punishment to rapists etc.

When religious level works well. According to social system of Ancient India, neither a man will rape a woman nor a man will feel to rape a woman no matter she is alone. This is not applicable to Islamic law; because Islamic law doesn't allow walking outside a alone women. But people will commit other light crimes like stealing etc.

Indian Law system comes under political (legal) level among 10 (at base 4) levels. If Indian Law system is malfunctioning, it doesn't mean that crime can't be controlled. Because besides political level, crime is controlled by religious, social and personal level. So if Indian Law system is malfunctioning, crime will not be controlled at political level. For example: A father rapes his own daughter. Whereas generally no father can think to rape his own daughter even in his dream. Reason of this is that generally a father has a fear of god, society and person. So no matter law system malfunctions, generally a father can't do this due to fear of god, society and person (own daughter). There is not only fear the reason, rather there are various reasons. Fear is a property among these 10 (at base 4) levels.

When political level works well. Still rape will be occurred.

Imagine that someone rapes a girl. If the girl knows marshal art, probably she will be able to defend herself from rape; but it is not so effective as compared to political level. Political level is effective 100,000 (at base 4) times over personal level. If the social level is not so effective, still rape will be happened. Social level is effective 100,000 (at base 4) times over political level; and no rape will be happened.

Four layers can be understand by Indian film industry. Earlier films were based on religious level like Raja Harishchandra films etc. Then films of Rajesh Khanna etc were based on social level like Aradhana, Bawarchi films etc. Then films of Amitabh Bachchan etc were based on social and political levels like Deewaar, Shakti films etc. Then films of Mithun Chakraborty etc were based on political layer only. Then films of Aamir Khan etc were based on personal layer etc like Dhoom films etc.

Some people are villain on religious level; but they may be hero on social, political and personal levels. Being theist or atheist is not related to religious level villain. Top level religious villains are generally theist; they have strong believe in the God. When sin grows in the civilization, villains on religious level become stronger; their influencing power on society, political states and person grows; and the society thinks them right.

Some people are villain on social level; but they may be hero on religious, political and personal levels. People villain on social level may have strong influence on society and may not be. If they have strong influence on the society, they guide the society in a wrong direction. If they don't have influence on the society, they can't guide the society in a wrong direction, but they may commit anti-social act i.e., crimes on social level.

Some people are villain on political level; but they may be hero on religious, social and personal levels. People villain on political level may have strong influence in the politics or may not be. If they have strong influence on the politics, they guide the political state in a wrong direction. If they don't have influence on the politics, they can't guide a political state in a wrong direction, but they commit illegal act i.e., crimes on political (legal) level.

Some people are villain on personal level; but they may be hero on religious, social and political levels. People villain on personal level may have strong communication skill or may not be. If they have strong communication skill, they intentionally guide a person in a wrong direction. If they don't have communication skill, they harm a person i.e., they commit a crime on personal level.

Some people are villain on multiple levels; generally they can't influence the society, politics or a person.

People, who are hero on religious level, are theist; and they have strong believe in the God. People, who are hero on social level, have strong believe in the social systems like traditions etc. People, who are hero on political level, have strong believe in the political systems; and they think that a good political administration and legal system can solve every issues.

I used to prepare lonely by speaking in my room for removing crimes for my speech in a seminar. I spoke a lot of in my room for removing crimes. Above topic is just abc i.e., basic topic for removing crimes. Whatever I spoke in my room; people secretly listened my speech; and they conspired against me for my death. When I realized the conspiracy and tried my best to save my life, I never like to give anything to the world. Since people have secretly listened my speech. So I have just discussed here the basic topic here. So that after my death, if someone speaks my speech, he will surely discuss about above basic topic.

Finally, I will like to say the most important thing that never eat meat and never tease animals, birds etc. If you domesticate cows, buffaloes etc, love them and never fasten a cord in their neck; else you have increased the rate of your destruction.
